Make money while helping the housing affordability crisis
If you are a socially minded real estate investor who wants to do good and make money, this article is for you. We all know that there is a crisis going on when it comes to affordable housing. A bad situation that is only going to get worse before it gets better. One study estimates we’ll need 325,000 new apartments annually to meet demand but projections are we’ll only be able to meet 70% of what is needed. I’ve done a bit of research on this and found some really creative ways to help the housing crisis and make money in the process.
